Alexis J. Ellis is a native Detroiter and graduate of Murray Wright High School. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and has over a decade of professional experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors. Among her current community service activities, Alexis is a member of the Michigan Opera Theatre Volunteer Association and serves on the Junior Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit.
